Once you book with us :
- We arrange access to the property directly with keyholder, once we receive the contact details from you.
- Our surveyor will attend the property and conduct a thorough inspection of the property (both internally and externally).
- Once inspection is complete, we will invoice you.
- Report is issued 3-4 working days after survey. This time frame is required due to the detailed and comprehensive nature of the report – a typical report contains approximately 37 pages.
