Banrach Consulting Engineers managed a project to address subsidence of foundations in Brú Youth Service in Crumlin. The project management was excellent, leaving us with little to do throughout the process. I contacted Banrach regarding a subsidence issue which has now been successfully resolved.   I would highly recommend Banrach, Vincent & Siobhan took care of everything.  The project mgt was excellent, Vincent engaged with the loss adjuster.   As well as this, Vincent works with excellent specialists who carried out the work.   The underpinning the guys did to resolve the subsidence was exceptional and they were a pleasure to deal with. When small cracks appeared in my house, the best decision I did was to contact Banrach. Vincent identified it as subsidence and did amazing work managing the whole engagement with my insurance companies, working through so much complexity and once that was sorted, he also managed all the contractors to resolve the issue. I recently engaged Banrach Engineering as my house had subsidence and Vincent supervised the work on my house. From the moment I met him I felt totally at ease and I knew that my home was in safe hands. The work was carried out in a timely manner and Vincent checked in with me frequently. I never had to worry about a thing! Vincent dealt with the insurance company and with all the contractors who did the subsidence work. Worked with Vincent on a large domestic project, he was professional and action oriented. With a schedule of onsite meetings, we tracked the project closely ensuring that all structural decisions were made in a timely manner to keep the building contracts on track. With some complex elements on the build, Vincent brought experts in to provide guidance and quotes for works required. I would highly recommend Vincent Brady at Banrach Engineering for the work they did for me. The work involved assessment and reporting on some house wall cracks including recommendation for remedial action and costings. Banrach liased with the insurers for the work to be agreed. They managed the subsequent engagement of  firms to complete the piling, structural underpinning, plastering and redecorating. I had a problem with subsidence in my home. I phoned Bandrach who within hours had their head engineer Vincent in contact with me. Bandrach consulting engineers were very professional, respectful and hardworking throughout the course of the work. The subsidence problem was rectified on schedule. Vincent and his team recently designed the plans for an extension and renovation of our house. The design included everything we wanted and maximised all the space that could be availed of. Vincent was very easy to deal with and was open to change any detail we requested. The build went very smoothly as he worked well with the builder and was available to oversee 1 or 2 issues that did arise during the works. He advised on safety aspects to the design which we took on board in our build. We recently bought and renovated a 1930s house in Glasnevin. Vincent did the the structural survey required for our mortgage and we thought he was very good to deal with so when it came to the renovation we  contacted him again. He did up the plans for us, which we were delighted with, we used our own builder but Vincent supervised the build from start to finish which went extremely smooth and came in on budget. VBCE was recommended by a friend to do a fairly extensive design and supervise of rebuild for my 28,000 sq ft warehouse in Glasnevin. A very down to earth, no-nonsense approach from start to finish. I dealt with too many suits beforehand with extravagant prices. They chatted, made recommendations, designed, producing drawings and were on site looking at progress, right thru to applying for our Fire Certification. They were very busy though, and i had to wait to get some of the items due to what they had on at the time. I would highly recommend them for business or private.
